The Rejuvenate Group, based in Manchester, has recently acquired stakes in two complementary businesses. The Group has acquired significant stakes both in Porter Magazine, an online fashion and beauty bible, and in f8 Marketing Communications, which they will merge with their existing marketing agency, Rejuvenate Advertising, Design and Marketing.

Shazan Qureshi, Director of Success at The Rejuvenate Group commented:

“We are very excited at the prospect of developing these two newly acquired businesses. Porter Magazine will complement our existing magazine, WorkLife, brilliantly. WorkLife is currently freely distributed across Manchester City Centre which is aimed at the young professionals living and working in the City.”

Porter Magazine (www.portermagazine.com), currently online, will be launched as a print version in November 2009 and will be aimed at the fashionistas of Manchester, Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Becky Bower will become Managing Editor.

The Rejuvenate Group plans to merge their existing marketing and advertising agency with f8 Marketing Communications (www.f8design.co.uk) in order to create a single full service agency. The company will continue to operate under the f8 banner but is set to be rebranded in 2010. Directed by Peter Gilberts, the agency specialises in direct marketing, digital marketing, design and packaging.
